Red dead Online Review
The recent commercial success and controversy story made by Red Dead redemption 2 has been followed up with the release of Red Dead Online which is slated to be in the GTA online levels of profitability and after logging roughly an hour and a half in the game i'm afraid there are going to be problems similar to GTA online with balancing. the game feels very tough when you are new and are struggling for money (similar to the single player) to which other higher ranked players will be able to shred you with their top level weapons and horses. this void will only get larger with time as the top players get higher and the newer players are pushed further and further back.
The Online map is vast and dense although it feels more empty when compared to the single player and the random events that could occur while riding on your horse but there was only so much you can fit onto a online server but the game remains one of the best looking games in years regardless. and I feel that although the Online has its server issues and balancing problems. this game still certainly has the potential to beat what is considered to be the most successful online games ever which pushes it to a 6/10 in my book.
